All orders above Rs.999 are eligible for free shipping. It typically takes 7-10 working days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

 

Returns and Refunds

At Azcor International Trading LLP, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that all relevant information is clearly given on the product pages, we cannot accept exchange or return of products due to size or design preference issues, once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

  • If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.

  • For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.

  • Azcor International Trading LLP, is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.

  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms -
